Description

Harley House is a wide, two-storey building from the mid-18th century, featuring a stucco front with end pilasters and a tiled roof with boxed eaves, but no cornice or entablature. The façade includes six irregularly spaced windows with plain reveals, double-hung sashes, and glazing bars. To the centre right, there is a doorpiece with fluted pilasters, foliage brackets supporting the cornice, a fluted frieze, and a six-panel door accessed by steps. There is a second door located at the far left, which has a tall fanlight above it. The interior is noted for having good stairs.
