Croesaw is a three-storey building with a narrow whitewashed front, situated on a thin plot. It dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century, likely built over an older structure. The exterior is roughcast and features a hipped slate roof with eaves. The building has one window, which is a sash with glazing bars set in a flush frame. There is a narrow door that is offset to the left, topped with a hood supported by brackets.
