Description

8 Broad Street is a two-storey building featuring scribed render on the front and roughcast on the side elevation, which is located behind the building line. It has a hipped slate roof with a brick stack at the left eaves. The building is two windows wide, with sash windows set in plain reveals. To the left, there is a freestone bay that has been added, extending through both storeys, and it includes a heavy cornice and cill bands. On the right side, there is a freestone door piece topped with a cornice.
