Description
Minafon is a three-storey building, with a basement and a hipped dormer on the left side, constructed in stucco with stucco quoins and a slate roof featuring bracketed eaves and rubble end chimneys. The façade has four windows, with the outer bays showcasing three-storey bow windows that have tripartite sash glazing, consisting of a central sash flanked by narrower sashes, all with horned sash glazing. In the center, there is a pair of sash windows set in moulded surrounds, with a 9-pane window on the second floor and a 12-pane window on the first floor. The ground floor features steps leading up to recessed porches, which have panelled sides and a shallow bracketed cornice supported by Doric columns with spiral reeding. The porches have panelled doors, some with inserted glazing, and a rectangular overlight with webbed iron glazing. Iron railings surround the steps and the basement area, with the area railings displaying alternating serpentine and straight uprights.
