Description
Leadenhall is a Grade II listed building featuring stucco with stucco quoins and a slate roof with bracketed eaves, along with rubble end chimneys. It stands three storeys high, plus a basement and a hipped dormer on the left side, and has four windows. The outer bays are highlighted by three-storey bow windows, which have tripartite sash glazing consisting of a central sash flanked by narrower sashes, all with horned sash glazing. In the centre, there is a pair of sash windows set in moulded surrounds, with 9 panes on the second floor and 12 panes on the first floor. The ground floor features steps leading up to recessed porches, which are panelled on the sides and topped with a shallow bracketed cornice supported by Doric columns that have spiral reeding. The porches also include panelled doors, some with inserted glazing, and a rectangular overlight with webbed iron glazing. Additionally, there are iron railings along the steps and around the basement area, with the area railings displaying alternating serpentine and straight uprights.
