Description
18 Princess Street is a Georgian building that stands three stories tall and features a four-window facade with scribed render. The building has a slate roof and chimney stacks made of rubble and cement render. The outer windows on the first and second floors have lugged architraves, while the central windows are blocked, except for the second floor on the right. The left side has modern cross frame windows, and the right side features small pane sashes and a tripartite window on the first floor. The shop windows for Nos 14 and 18 are modern, with a Victorian surround on the former. At the center, there is a paired Doric doorcase with panelled reveals and modern panelled doors.
The right side of the building is broadly spaced with one window on the first floor and two on the second, all finished in scribed painted render, including a cross range and a plinth. The second floor has a horned sash window on the left with a bracket cill, while the right side has lugged architraves on the small pane sash windows and a blocked, half-glazed door.
