Description
14 Princess Street is a Georgian building that stands three stories tall and features a four-window facade with scribed render. The property has a slate roof and chimney stacks made of rubble and cement render. The outer first and second floor windows have lugged architraves, while the central windows are blocked, except for the second floor window on the right. The left side has modern cross frame windows, and the right side has small pane sashes, with a tripartite window on the first floor to the right. The shop windows for Nos 14 and 18 are modern, but the former has a Victorian surround. At the center, there is a paired Doric doorcase with panelled reveals and modern panelled doors.
The right side of the building features broadly spaced windows with scribed painted render, including a cross range and a plinth. On the second floor, there is a horned sash window on the left with a bracket cill, and to the right, there are small pane sash windows with lugged architraves. There is also a blocked and half-glazed door to the right.
