The Nags Head Public House is a two-storey building with an attic, featuring a four-window front made of scribed render. The roof is covered with renewed proprietary slate and has three pitched roof dormers, each adorned with tall finials and ornamented bargeboards. The windows predominantly have horned sash glazing on both floors. On the ground floor, there is a paired window flanked by entrances that have pilastered doorcases, with the one on the right being reeded and topped with cornices. To the right of these entrances, there is a small pane bowed shop window.
