The first and second floor have small pane sash windows with cambered voussoir lintels, and there is a dummy window in the center of the second floor. The building has a fine double-bowed shop front that is offset to the right, which includes small pane glazing, a plain fascia, pilasters, and a dentil cornice, along with boarded double doors and a traceried fanlight. To the left, there is a similar recessed entrance to No 19, and there are boarded cellar openings located under the bows.
