Description
Williams & Morgan is a three-storey building featuring a painted brick front and a slate roof, complemented by a stock brick chimney stack and a dentil eaves band. The building has four-pane sash windows, with four windows on the second floor that include a cill band. On the first floor, there are two windows to the left, which have architraves and bracket cornices, although one bracket is missing. To the right, there is a splayed oriel window that is likely a later addition, as it features horned glazing. The building has paired shop fronts, with modern alterations; the left shop front retains fascia end brackets and has a recessed doorway. Number 39 has its original shop front, which includes pilasters and a cornice, as well as a central splayed entrance. Rubble masonry is just visible to the right of the ground floor.
