Description
Silver Palace Takeaway is a three-storey building featuring painted brick fronts, with two windows facing Castle Street and one window facing Berwyn Street. It has a hipped slate roof, bracket eaves with a roll moulded band, and red brick chimney stacks. The windows have horned sash glazing, mostly with four panes, and include a tripartite window to the right of the Castle Street front. The first-floor window has a bracket pediment, while there is a bipartite, partially blocked window on the second floor of the Berwyn Street side. There are modern alterations to the left of the Castle Street front.
The building showcases a late Georgian style shop front that wraps around the corner. The entablature features floral panels above panelled pilasters, and there is mock half-timbering on the stallriser. The shop entrance is splayed across the corner, with a round doorway to the right on the Berwyn Street side, which has a modern panelled door.
