Description
9 Princess Street is a Georgian three-storey building with roughcast elevations. It features a two-window facade facing Princess Street and another two-window facade towards St James' Square. The building has a slate roof with a hipped end on the St James' Square side and rendered brick chimney stacks. Most of the windows are small-pane sash windows, except for one window on the second floor of the Princess Street front, which has only one window. The shop front includes panelled pilasters that wrap around the splayed corner, with glazing bars on the shop windows. There is a six-panel door at the corner entrance and an additional six-panel door with a classical doorcase to the left on the St James' Square front.
