Description

Jasper House is a Georgian building with later alterations. It has three storeys, a basement, and an attic, featuring a painted roughcast front with a plinth and a rusticated ground floor. The building includes later decorative elements such as rusticated quoins and a fretwork cill band on the first floor with lion's head ends. The roof is slate, with bracket eaves and rubble end chimney stacks. The windows have lugged architraves, with cills on the second floor and foliage carved lintels on the ground floor to the left, along with a base of traceried ironwork. The doorcase is offset to the right and has a detailed cornice and panelled pilasters, leading to a raised six-panel door and a traceried fanlight. There is a modern window to the right in a blocked former doorway.
