Exterior: Lined-out render over brick, slate roof with gable end stacks. 3 storeys, 2-window range. Mid C20 shop front to ground floor, with recessed doorway set to right of centre. Upper storeys articulated by outer and central pilasters, and plain frieze band below the moulded cornice. 12-pane sashes to first floor, 9-panes above.
A modest but well-detailed early C19 commercial building which forms part of a group at the centre of the town.
