Description

Exterior: Brick with slate roof and end wall stack set towards the rear. 3 storeys, 2-window range. Round-arched passage entry to the left, and early C20 shop front with recessed central door and windows divided by a central mullion. Plain fascia, with simply moulded pilasters to either side. 16-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads to first floor, and wide 12-pane sashes below the moulded eaves band.

Retains its character as an early C19 building, with a C20 shop front of some character. Forms part of a group of commercial and domestic buildings at the centre of the town.
