Description

History: Probably built c1830, and similar in design to Nos 24-25, though of less height. Probably in commercial use from the outset, the ground floor was reconstructed mid C20.

Exterior: Lined-out render over brick, slate roof with end wall stack. 3 storeys, 2-window range. Modern shop front to ground floor, the upper storeys articulated by outer and central pilasters. 12-pane sash windows with continuous sill band to first floor, 6-pane sashes below the eaves.

Included as part of a coherent group of early C19 commercial buildings at the centre of the town.
