Description
This building is a three-storey, two-bay warehouse located at the rear of Lloyd & Lloyd on Broad Street. It is constructed of English garden wall bond brick and features a gabled slate roof with bargeboards and deep boarded eaves. There is a truncated brick stack on the right side.
On the front, there is a tier of doors on the left and windows on the right. The second-floor window has a small-paned two-light casement, while the first and ground floors have small-paned iron cross windows. The arches above the windows and doors are made of cambered brick voussoirs, with plain reveals and stone sills. The ground floor doorway is offset to the centre and features a cambered brick voussoir arch with a rectangular fanlight above.
The left end of the building has a three-window elevation, with two-light windows on the second floor that also have cambered header arches. The first floor has small-paned iron cross windows, similar to those on the ground floor. There is a narrow one-light window on the right side.
