Description

Manafon Smithy is a single-storey building constructed partly of stone and partly of brick, topped with a slate roof. It features a brick stack at the west end and has two window openings, each fitted with a pair of strap-hinged timber shutters. The entrance includes a pair of double boarded doors, one of which is original and heavily covered in horseshoe nails.

Although not seen, it is reported to retain most of its original fittings, including leather bellows, a hearth, and quenching tanks, along with a cobbled floor.
