T-Plan Range of outbuildings attached to Siluria

This is a T-plan range of outbuildings attached to Siluria, dating from the 19th century. The structure is two storeys high, with a one-and-a-half storey service wing at the rear featuring a catslide roof, and includes a later 19th century lean-to extension. The building is constructed of coursed squared rubble, which is of better quality on the front elevation, and has slate roofs with two projecting rubble end stacks.

The front has three windows, featuring timber cross-pattern frames with central-opening iron casements set beneath cambered voussoir lintels. The upper windows are adorned with offset gablets. There is a rubble porch with a pitched roof and a tall arched entrance, leading to an arched opening for the door, which is a part-glazed four-panel door topped with a fanlight that has intersecting tracery.

Running north-east from the gable end of the house is the contemporary two-storey T-plan range of cowhouses and stables. This section also features coursed rubble, cambered voussoir lintels, ventilation slits, and a slate roof. It includes tall arched entrances to a passageway that runs between the stables and the house.
