Description
93 Dean Road is a 17th-century building constructed of brick with a tiled roof, featuring half-timbering in the gables and a central gabled dormer. It is one and a half storeys tall and has a symmetrical layout. The outer entrance is steeply arched and is highlighted by banded brickwork and small buttresses at the corners. Each house has a 5-light brick mullioned window. There are string courses above the ground floor and overhanging eaves. The central gabled dormer contains paired 3-light casement windows, which have been renewed, and displays arched braced timbering. The tie beam features the initials RAC and ESC. Additional casement windows, also renewed, are found in the timber gable ends, and there is a central stack.
