Description

Dell Hill is a 17th century building with later alterations, constructed of brick and featuring a tiled roof. It has one storey and an attic, with three two-light casement windows and a door on the east elevation, along with three gabled dormers above. The south gable displays timber framing that has been cemented over. Inside, there is a heavy spine beam and joists in the northern section, indicating it was likely a small 17th century house. Later timbers can be seen on the first floor.
