Description

Pond Cottage is an 18th-century red brick cottage with a tiled roof. It is situated on the east side of Village Road in Coleshill. The cottage is two storeys high, with an attic to the gabled south wing, and a first-floor band. A modern porch has been added to the left side, and there are three modern windows on the ground floor, each placed beneath original cambered arches. Two further windows are similar to those on the first floor, located on the left, while a single, older, three-light casement window is on the right. There is a blank recess above the gable. The right-hand flank wall features a door on the left, above which the band course steps up.
