Description

The Piece is a 17th-century building that has been altered over time. It features a timber frame with white painted roughcast and some tile hanging, topped by an old tiled roof. The structure has one storey and an attic, with four gabled dormers. The entrance door is located to the left of center, accompanied by an old three-light casement window on the left and a two-light casement window on the right, along with modern casements on the right side. All windows are fitted with leaded glazing. The left gable end showcases exposed timbers and a large projecting chimney, which includes a tiled lean-to and an oven. The rear elevation has two gabled wings and a dormer on the right.
