Description

95 Dean Road is a 19th-century building constructed of brick with a tiled roof, featuring half-timbering in the gables and a central gabled dormer. It is one and a half storeys tall and has a symmetrical layout. The outer entrance is steeply arched and highlighted by banded brickwork and small buttresses at the corners. Each house has a 5-light brick mullioned window. There are string courses above the ground floor and overhanging eaves. The central gabled dormer includes paired 3-light casement windows, which have been renewed, and arched braced timbering that displays the initials RAC and ESC on the tie beam. Additional casement windows, also renewed, can be found in the timber gable ends. A central stack is present on the roof.
