Former Manse at Capel Lon Swan

The Former Manse at Capel Lon Swan is a small L-shaped building constructed in the 19th century. It stands two storeys tall and is made of brown brick, featuring smooth limestone quoins, a plinth, and a stringcourse. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, showcasing moulded and dentilated eaves, along with a brick chimney that has moulded upper courses.

The entrance is located to the right of the main section, which is slightly advanced. It includes a single-storey porch topped with a shallow hipped lead roof and features a six-panel door with moulded panels. To the left of the entrance is a narrow two-pane, unhorned sash window. On the first floor, there is a pair of squat, similar sash windows. The left return of the building has two additional ground-floor sashes and one first-floor sash, with a plain sash positioned above. Throughout the building, there are projecting stone sills. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
