Description
New Inn Farmhouse is a 2-storey building constructed from roughly coursed rubble and limewashed, topped with slate roofs. It features a 3-window range with a central entrance that leads into a projecting 2-storeyed gabled porch, which is complemented at the rear by a central wing. The porch has a steep voussoir archway and an inner door that is studded and boarded, complete with strap hinges. The flanking windows are casements with 2 and 3 lights, each having splayed voussoir heads. The upper windows, located in gabled dormers, are also casements with splayed heads. A datestone in the apex of the porch gable displays the initials M over T.H.
