Description
Rhos-farch is a two-storey building constructed of stone and limewashed, topped with a slate roof. It features three bays, with a central four-panelled door set within a 20th-century lean-to porch. The building has 12-pane unhorned sash windows, with three on the upper floor and two flanking the front door, the left window having 16 panes. There are brick stacks at the gable ends, with the left gable being pebbledashed. On the right end gable, there is a lean-to made of rubble with quartz and an old slate roof. At the rear, there is a continuous outshut that was later raised to two storeys and includes three gabled dormers, all with margin glazing. The building was not accessible at the time of inspection.
