It features a four-window range with a doorway located in a shallow gabled porch towards the left, which is flanked by canted bay windows. The upper windows are sash windows with flat-arched heads, although two of the windows on the left side are blind. The south gable return has sixteen-pane sash windows with wide splayed heads. The building also has end wall and axial stacks.
Next door, No 14 is also two storeys high and presents a three-window range. It has a central gabled porch that features a steep two-centred arched doorway, with 16-pane sash windows on each floor, all having flat arched heads. The central window above the doorway is blind, and the building has end wall stacks.
