Description

Pont-y-Pentre is a single arched stone bridge that spans the Afon Llanfairfechan. It is constructed from coursed rough-dressed grey masonry and features a semi-circular arch made up of voussoirs and a keystone. The bridge has end buttresses and a string course positioned below the level of the parapet. The parapet is topped with heavy flat coping stones.

On the eastern side of the bridge, there is an inscribed stone that reads, "Erected 1849, (illegible) architect. H Davies, R Thomas contractors," along with a benchmark.
