Description

This is a road bridge over the Afon Honddu, constructed with a single arch. It is made of squared rubble stone and features rock-faced stone voussoirs that form a broad segmental arch. The arch and the spandrels on each side are recessed and framed by vertical steps, with a rock-faced stone course above that supports the parapet. The stone copings are present along the top. The parapets are higher in the center and splay out at the ends. Additionally, the curve to the southwest has been widened using iron girders.
