Description
The churchyard cross and Dickinson vault is made of Bath stone. It features an octagonal broached plinth on an octagonal base, with a tapering shaft that is square at the base and transitions to octagonal at the top. The top of the cross has four carved figures, each sheltered under a nodding ogee gabled canopy adorned with crockets on the gables and a cross finial at the top. The cross is situated on the flat top of the vault, which can be accessed through a low door on the south side. The vault has a concreted top with an outer coping and iron chain link railings supported by iron uprights. The corner and entry posts are topped with pineapple finials, while the intermediate posts feature spearheads.
