Description

This building is a two-storey cottage located at Pont-y-Pentre, featuring a symmetrical front with two windows. It is constructed from grey rubble masonry and has a slate roof that overhangs at the gable ends. The end chimneys are made of brick and are extended upwards on stone bases. The central doorway and windows have voussoir lintels. The glazing consists of small pane casement windows. The first-floor windows are low and broad, positioned at the eaves, while the ground-floor windows are of standard early Victorian proportions. To the right, there are steps leading down to the basement level, which has one broad window facing the river. There is a modern extension at the rear of the cottage.
