Description

Isfryn Cottage is a two-storey cottage featuring one window. It is constructed of rubble masonry, which is of an inferior technique compared to the side facing Plas Gwyn. The cottage has a hipped slate roof and a central stone stack with water tabling.

On the Cader Road side, there are two-storey rectangular timber bay windows with a stone base and a flat lead roof. These windows have vertically paned Victorian sashes and narrow side windows.

The side elevation includes a single Victorian sash window set under the eaves. Below this is a Victorian trellis closed porch with a gabled slate roof and a four-panel door, where the upper panels are glazed. To the left of the porch, there is another Victorian sash window with a stone lintel. Additionally, there is a lean-to outshut at the extreme left, made of rubble and topped with a slate roof.
