Description

Bryn Gwynedd is a pair of two-storey houses with a cellar, featuring two windows each. The buildings are constructed from coursed rubble masonry and have moderately pitched slate roofs with plain close eaves. They are topped with deep rectangular stone stacks that have simply moulded caps and stone water tabling.

The houses have shallow sash windows without glazing bars located under the eaves, and larger similar windows on the ground floors, which are adorned with stone lintels. Each house has a central doorway with a stone lintel and modern doors. Slate steps lead down to the street, accompanied by contemporary plain iron side rails. There is a small cellar opening to the left of the steps.
