Description

This building, designed by architect Eric Edwards, is a narrow, two-storey structure with one window. It features coursed rubble masonry and has a moderately pitched asymmetric roof, with a shorter pitch at the rear. The roof is covered with slates and has close eaves and verges. There is no chimney, but an iron skylight is present on the front pitch.

The front elevation facing Well Street has a small paned sash window on the first floor, which is topped with a stone lintel. On the ground floor, there is a modern door and window, both of which are also covered by a broad lintel. Additionally, there is an eight-pane fixed light attic window with a shallow stone lintel, and the ground floor windows have shutter pintles.
