Description

Heulwen is a pair of two-storey houses with a cellar, featuring two windows each. The exterior is constructed from coursed rubble masonry, topped with a moderately pitched slate roof and plain close eaves. The houses have deep rectangular stone stacks with simply moulded caps and stone water tabling.

The shallow sash windows on the upper floors lack glazing bars and are positioned under the eaves. The ground floor has larger windows with stone lintels above them. Each house has a central doorway with a stone lintel, fitted with modern doors. Slate steps lead down to the street, accompanied by contemporary plain iron side rails. There is a small cellar opening to the left of the steps.
