Description
Lletty is a two-storey cottage built as a single unit, constructed from rubble stone and topped with a slate roof. The front of the cottage, which faces north, is white-washed. To the right, there is a gabled stone porch that features double wooden doors. To the left of the porch, there is a two-light small-pane wooden casement window, with a similar casement located directly above it, just below the eaves. On the right side of the front, there is a small single-storey block that contains a sash window within a blocked doorway, which likely served as a service unit originally. At the rear, there is a catslide lean-to that includes a small 20th-century window and skylights on the roof pitch. Access to the interior was not available at the time of inspection.
