Description

Rose Cottage is a 2-storey double-fronted house built with whitened pebble-dash and features a smooth-rendered black-painted plinth, quoin strips, eared architraves, and first-floor sill bands. The roof is covered with slate. The central door is half-glazed and has been replaced. The windows are small 4-pane sashes, and between the first-floor windows, there is a weathered tablet.

On the right gable end, there is a cast-iron street sign for Pool Lane. The rear of the house has been altered. On the left side, there is a shallow projecting stack that has been cut down to eaves level, and to the right, there is an added 2-storey outshut. The property has not been inspected.
