Description
Plas Porth Uchaf is a 2½-storey, single-fronted house featuring whitened pebble-dashed walls. It has a smooth-rendered black-painted plinth, architraves, a first-floor sill band, and angle pilasters. The roof is covered with slate and includes a roughcast stack on the left side. The entrance is located on the right side and is accessed by two slate steps. It has a replacement door beneath an earlier overlight, and the entrance surround is pedimented with a fleur-de-lis finial.
The ground floor windows are 12-pane hornless sash windows, while the first-floor windows have 9 panes. On the left gable end, there is a 9-pane sash window on the ground floor and a small steel-framed attic casement window offset to the right. The rear of the house is constructed of rubble stone and features an outshut on the left side. The main range also includes a 9-pane hornless sash window on the right side of the first floor. The property has not been inspected.
