Description
3 Newboro Terrace is one of a terrace of six 2-storey, 2-bay late-Victorian town houses, arranged in three pairs with a stepped roof line. The front is pebble-dashed, featuring smooth-rendered eared architraves and first-floor sill bands. The slate roof is hipped to the left end at No 1 and has shared roughcast stacks, except for a brick stack located between Nos 2 and 3 and an axial stack at No 1. The openings are offset to the left side in Nos 2 to 5, while Nos 1 and 6 have openings offset to the right.
No 3 is painted white, with its architraves and sill band painted black. On the left side, there is a panel door with an overlight, and on the right side, a 6-pane horned sash window is set in a canted bay window, accompanied by 12-pane horned sash windows on the first floor. The rear of the house has whitened render, featuring 2-pane sash windows and a 2-storey lean-to on the right side. The roof includes one skylight.
