Description
2 Newboro Terrace is part of a terrace of six late-Victorian townhouses, each two stories high and with two bays, arranged in three pairs with a stepped roofline. The front is pebble-dashed, featuring smooth-rendered eared architraves and first-floor sill bands. The slate roof is hipped at the left end (No 1) and there are shared roughcast stacks, except for a brick stack located between Nos 2 and 3 and an axial stack for No 1. The openings in Nos 2 to 5 are offset to the left side, while Nos 1 and 6 have their openings offset to the right.
No 2 is painted white and has replacement windows and a door. The panel door, which includes glazed panels and an overlight, is situated on the left side. On the right side, there is a canted bay window with top-hung casements. The rear of the house has a whitened render finish with two-pane sash windows and a two-storey lean-to on the right. The roof features one skylight. The property has not been inspected.
