Description
6 Newboro Terrace is part of a terrace of six late-Victorian town houses, each two stories high and with two bays, arranged in three pairs with a stepped roof line. The front is pebble-dashed, featuring smooth-rendered eared architraves and first-floor sill bands. The slate roof is hipped at the left end for No 1, with shared roughcast stacks, except for a brick stack located between Nos 2 and 3 and an axial stack for No 1. The openings in Nos 2 to 5 are offset to the left side, while Nos 1 and 6 have their openings offset to the right.
No 6 is painted pink and features a fielded-panel door with an overlight to the right. Its windows include a 4-pane horned sash in a canted bay and 12-pane horned sashes on the first floor. The rear is also pebble-dashed and has two skylights. There is a two-storey projection on the left side against the town wall, which includes a small-pane sash window on the first floor. The property has not been inspected.
