Description
2 Victoria Terrace is part of a terrace of four single-fronted houses, each with two storeys and an attic. The buildings feature pebble-dashed walls and slate roofs, with the terrace stepped between Nos 2 and 3. There is a pebble-dashed chimney stack located between Nos 1 and 2, while Nos 3 and 4 have two brick stacks and a roughcast stack to the left.
The openings of the houses have smooth-rendered surrounds, except for the smaller plain attic windows in half dormers on Nos 1 to 3. Each house has its entrance on the right side. No 1, located at the right-hand downhill end, has a half-glazed panel door with an overlight and two-pane sash windows. No 2 features a half-glazed panel door and overlight, along with 12-pane sash windows on the ground and first floors, and a 9-pane sash window in the attic. No 3 has a glazed door and overlight, with replacement windows in the original openings. No 4 also has a half-glazed panel door and overlight, and similar 12-pane and 9-pane sash windows as No 2, with the attic window having a smooth-render surround.
This terrace is recognized as a group, comprising 1-4 Victoria Terrace.
