Description

Rubble construction partly built on a rough boulder plinth; under a continuous slate roof, the smithy section (to the R) with old slates. Large projecting end stack to the L serving the former hall. Central entrance to house section with C20 boarded door. Flanking 12-pane casements with smaller 8-pane casements under the eaves. Further squat end chimney to R of house section. The smithy section has large double garage doors and a C20 window. The rear is built partly into the rock. 2 modern flat-roofed dormers; modern window to the former smithy. Upper loading bay to R gable end.

This was not inspected during the survey (April 1995), though the hall is said to retain its beamed ceiling.
