Description

The barn at Cae Hir is a 3-bay structure built from rubble, with its southern gable end integrated into the rock. It features a boulder plinth on the northern side and has an old slated roof with rubble gable parapets. There is an upper loading bay on the southern gable. The western side, which faces the house, has an off-centre entrance on the left and an additional entrance on the northern gable, both with boarded doors. Small square windows are located on either side of the main entrance. Inside, there are crude collar-and-tie-beam trusses.
