Description

Erw is a farmhouse that dates back to the 18th century. It features a two-storey main range with three bays and an attached single-storey range on the right. The building is constructed from limewashed rubblestone and has slate roofs. The main range has a three-window front, with all windows being cross-casements. The first-floor windows are smaller and positioned directly below the eaves, while the lower lights include additional glazing bars. There is a central entrance and integral end stacks with slate drips. The lower range has an integral end stack on the right and a cross-window located directly below the eaves at the centre. The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
