Description
Brimaston Grange is a farmhouse, dating from the 18th century. It is built of rubble stone with slate roofs and brick stacks covered in roughcast. The house has an L-shaped layout, with a two-storey, three-window front range and a two-storey, four-window rear range. Each range has end stacks. The windows throughout are horned 12-pane sashes, with stone voussoirs. The front range has a 20th-century door and overlight in the centre, while the rear range has a door in the second bay from the left. The right end wall of the front range features a 16-pane sash window on each floor. The left end of the front range, where it adjoins the rear wing, has a 12-pane sash window on each floor, set to the left. It is believed the building has group value. Not inspected.
