Description

The cowhouse at Bodgarad is a rectangular building with a north-south alignment, attached to the south-west corner of an adjoining calf-rearing house or cowhouse. It is constructed from uncoursed rubblestone sitting on a boulder plinth and features a grouted graded slate roof. The west elevation includes a small window with a slate cill located to the left of the center and a doorway to the right. Additionally, there are two small glazed panels in the roof slope. Inside, the structure is supported by A-frame trusses.
