Description
The cowhouse range at Lledrod is a long building constructed in local uncoursed slate masonry, featuring a slate roof with two different levels. It is positioned downslope and faces east towards the farmyard. The two units on the left side each have a window and a stable door with a hatch above. The right side includes a low door, a window, a door accessed by steps, and a wide heck door. Most of the door and window openings are topped with blue-brick segmental arches, and there is a similar arch over the heck door at the rear.
The left gable of the building faces the entrance to the farmyard and has ventilation slits at three different levels. The rear of the structure has been raised by about 1 meter. Inside, the space is now arranged as a cowshed, featuring a longitudinal central feeding walk.
