Description
Parc is a single-storey house built as part of a two-room plan, featuring later lean-to porches on the left at the junction with the cowhouse and to the right of the centre. Attached to the left is a two-unit cowhouse. The building is constructed from roughly coursed rubblestone with large granite blocks forming the foundations. It has a slate roof with coped verges, an integral end stack to the right, a ridge stack at the junction with the cowhouse, and another stack to the left located within the cowhouse. All stacks are made of squared blocks with slate drips. The left porch, which provides access to the house part, is made of red brick, while the right porch is constructed from slate stone. There are four-paned sash windows on either side of the stone porch, with an additional window and door to the left of the brick porch in the right part of the cowhouse. The left part of the cowhouse has a doorway that has been converted into a window and a later doorway in the gable end.
Inside, the large left room of the house features a slate overmantel above a large fireplace, which has an incised panel and pie decoration, along with a keystone displaying similar decoration. There is a late 19th-century cast-iron range inserted by Griffiths Jones & Co. of Caernarfon, and a screen by the door. The right room is also heated. The left stack in the cowhouse does not have a fireplace, indicating that it was likely added for symmetry and has never been functional. The building includes two A-frame trusses.
